Any idea what this could be? *picture*

This is my 4 month old sons scalp. It's right next to his soft spot but not on it.
I guess it showed up this morning? I have no idea..Look like little blood spots?

Maybe he scratched it in his sleep? I get the same thing on my arms when I scratch at night.

Looks like he could of got rug burn or rubbed something his head on something. But I agree looks like blood spots

My son has eczema and his head looks like that when he scratches it.
