Do kids running around at mcdonalds bother you?
posted 8th Mar
I just saw a post on FB saying that they are" so annoyed that bratty kids are running around mcdonalds and the parents arent doing anything about it"
My personal opinion is that if you want to have a quiet meal then maybe go somewhere that isnt known as a kids restaurant? I mean...mcdonalds is kind of known for being kid friendly. I have never been bothered by toddlers running around there, I actually think its kind of cute.
Do you think parents are being lazy if their kid is running around mcdonalds? (By running I doubt the kids were actually RUNNING literally)

It bothers me that people take kids to mcdicks in the first place. Kids running around doesn't bother me, though.

McDonald's isn't exactly known for being a quiet and sophisticated type of place. Especially if its one with a Playland.
The person that wrote that needs to pull the stick out of their ass.

No I don't give a crap... I'd rather take my kids into the playground than let them run around the actual restaurant part though.

Unless I am sitting in the play area, yes it would bother me. They could get hurt or taken by running around a restaurant. No way would I allow my aughter to run around unless she was in the play area.

If its not in the play place then yes.

Definitely not because 9 times out of 10 I'm there with my 3 year old DD and 9 month old DS.

They should stick to the drive through if they are so easily offended.

I get annoyed at parents who let their kids run wild around any place. Now if we are talking inside the playplace then meh whatever.

I agree with this!

I don't sit down to eat at McDonald's so I really don't care.

When we go to places like that, we try to sit near a corner or a more secluded section. That way if our kids get restless, but we're still eating (or talking) they can get up without bothering people. So, if we were in a secluded area....I don't care. If it was wide open with people around us? They'd be in their seats. But would it bug me? Eh, probably not.

I dont usually see that too often but i do get annoyed when people let their kids run wild anywhere so it would prob go the same for mcdonalds. Now running around in the kids play area is fine...but not out in the restaurant where everyone is eating and stuff. You cant just leave your kid and let them run around...
