Good luck... You know, McCormick has packets of meatloaf seasoning with the recipe on the back. I am not savvy when it comes to stuff like that so I usually follow the recipe and DH loves it. I always end up having to add more crackers to it then the recipe calls for though because when I follow the recipe exact... It comes out more runny than thick.

I'm making meatloaf too. It's in the oven as we speak. Unlike his big sister, I think baby boy is going to be a big meat eater. That's all I crave haha.

Hmm. I got a recipe from online, it says to add 1/2 cups of dried bread crumbs. Do you suggest using more, or crackers instead? And what kind of crackers do you use?
I'll probably take a look-see at the McCormick packets, I'm going to the grocery store to pick up ingredients before I cook it.

I use a cup of Italian bread crumbs. (for 2lb of ground beef) so if you're doing 1 lb, 1/2 a cup should be ok.

My little brother was basically vegetarian the first 5 years of his life. We'd go to McD's and he would request no meat on his burger.

LOL
I figured everyone had seen it the other 500 times I posted it!

it's super easy
casserole dish
line the bottom with broccoli
top with cream of mushroom ( or whatever cream soup you like)
shredded cheese
bread crumbs and I usually put some garlic powder in
shredded/cut up chicken layer ( cooked already)
cream of chicken soup
shredded cheese
bread crumbs

cook at 375 for about 20-25 minutes
take it out top with cheese
throw it in until it's melted

serve with rice
boom dinner!

My granny taught me, she said it was the easiest, fastest, yummiest dinner to make for 8 people ( she obviously did a lot more of it than I do lmao)

for my meatloaf i add 2 eggs, bread crumbs, and just a few seasonings and if i wanna be real savvy i add cheese in the middle and roll it up. lol then tomatoe paste and ketchup on top. lol

you just need it like meatballs...

No eggs in the recipe I have. And I've never kneaded anything in my life. I'm honestly a cooking newb.
