my sick 15 month old

My 15 month old has been sick since day one I Brough my Lil boy home. I took her to the emergency room twice because she had a really bad cough, was running a very high fever of 104.6 and had an ear infection of both ears. My Lil one its going to be to weeks old on Sunday but he has only been home since February 27 after a short nicu stay so what I was doing to keep the baby from getting sick was I kept him in his room by himself and made sure I always washed my hands before I went to him. Well, it has been two says since my little girl finished her antibiotics and had a fever. She does cough from time to time, so my question is if is ok for me move her to the bedroom were the baby is? (we all sleep in the same room) I want her to be able to be closer to her brother as I can see she looks at him and is excited and curious about the baby but at the same time I want to make sure she is all better.
