pimples or eczema?

Not sure which my bf has... Here's a pic.

Looks like a reaction from washing powder. It looks like its in the shape of a beanie/baby hat

All I used is Johnsons baby wash, and coconut oil
I just started with the oil so maybe it's that causing a reaction?

doesn't look like eczema or pimples not sure maybe a reaction. my son has eczema its red and dry spots.

I don't think that is eczema.

In essence eczema IS actually an allergic reaction.

It's the immune system attacking itself.

Well he has his 2 months shots tomorrow, so I'll see what it is!

Allergic reaction   either to coconut oil of aveeno baby lotion.

I thought so.

I wouldnt suspect aveeno to do it, so probably the coconut oil.

Has it gone away now?
