days and nights?

has anyone elses toddler ( 14 months ) gotten their days and nights mixed up? She used to sleep though the night no problem but now she gets up every couple of hours or sometimes she wakes up round 3 and like now its 5:30 and shes still awake. She usually takes 1 nap around 12-2 these days but i'm really debating on cutting it out. what are some things i can do to help? I work full time and go to school full time and i just can't keep doing this?

DD did this when we moved from the states to germany (7 hour time difference)
we just skipped the naps until she was back on track and then started naps back up.
