posted 7th Mar
We had pizza for dinner (we try to eat out once a week as a spoiler for us and the kids). Well, now I have heartburn and keep burping and it taste nasty! Baby apparently does NOT care for pizza from Papa John's. Anything I can do aside from milk (can't stomach it right now).

Milk is terrible for heartburn anyway! It soothes for a moment but basically adds fuel to the fire.

Try baking soda and water. That should neutralize it.

When you get to the store tomorrow, buy some zantac cooling OTC. they will save your life for the rest of your pregnancy. Toward the end no matter what I ate it was always heartburn city and that was the only thing that worked.

Anytime. It is 100% safe. My Dr advised it for my twins and my son.

LOL sounds like me with my iron pills now I drink them with apple juice so I don't get constipated since nothing else was helping with that

I gave up on those. lol I started juicing spinich with other things to get higher iron. I also started eating more red meat. Iron pills are terrible. Even the low fe are still terrible. After my first c-section I didn't go for 10 days even with taking the stool softners. As a combo of the pain meds and what not. Girl, i thought I was going to die when it was finally time to go. My second one I was no dummy. I drank a crap load of prune juice mixed with apple juice in the hospital along with the stool softners. No problem there. I was so relieved. lol

LOL! You have all the answers but I don't know if I could do spinach or prune juice. Apple juice is my friend along with applesauce. It's my new found crack LOL.

I sadly had to learn the hard way. lol

I mixed the prune juice with the apple juice and pounded it. lol It didn't taste too bad.

Spinach is actually good when fresh and mixed thru the juicer with apples. Yummmmmmmm
