Yes. There have been studies showing both limited low exposure eventually negates the allergy, and no exposure eventually negates the allergy as well.

My son outgrew all of his food allergies (dairy, carrots and peanuts), as did my sister (tomatoes, kiwi and strawberries). My peanut allergy, however, got worse with each exposure.

Idk. I know that kids can outgrow some seasonal allergies and pet allergies. Not sure about food.
