Pneumonia

Is it common to have it without a fever?
LO had a fever for four days. Then it broke.
As of yesterday he has been coughing to the point where he pukes. It's a disgusting mucousy cough.
The COUGH sounds like pneumonia (I've been hospitalized for it three times)
But every time I had it my fever never went away

Have you not went to get LO checked out? RSV is going around the US hard

Not sure. But, I recently got over the flu. I ran a fever and was sick for almost a week then the couple days following that, I just had a bad cough, I didn't have pneumonia though.

I haven't taken him yet, the coughing started really bad yesterday. But no fever. He is uninsured. So it makes it very complicated. I'm debating whether or not to go to the ER

If its as bad as it sounds you need to get it checked out, and not having insurance let them know, hospitals have a lot of money put away to write things off. Let the accountant know the fallowing business day. Either way I would get it checked out ASAP this years sickness is nothing to mess with. Good luck momma
