dumb question

posted 7th Mar
but it needs asking....

Is it safe to assume that when my LO goes poop that she may have peed also?

like I said it was dumb, but my LO has a stomach bug and it's hit her badly. We were discharged from the hospital yesterday after being there for 4 days so I'm keeping track of what goes in and what comes out. And if she's not peeing enough I will have to bring her back to the hospital.

Well, I'm sure she'd be peeing enough, as long as she's taking in plenty of fluids. Hope baby girl feels better...

I hope so too. And she's drinking like 1/3 of her normal intake so that's why I asked the question. Cause had you guys said no, then she would have peed once today.

When you poop, probably 99.9% of the time you pee at the same time. Its how it goes, and its more likely after you poop. lol odd convo of the night

As long as she's staying hydrated, whether she's drinking as much as she usually does or not; she should be peeing just enough. But yes, normally when anyone goes poop, they pee.
