Complaining and getting free stuff.

Now I am NOT a complainer, but damn... it pays off!

The diapers would be my fav   lol

I think there are a lot of people who complain about things that didn't even happen, but when smurf actually goes wrong it's nice to be reimbursed lol

Any time I've ever complained I get a, "We're terribly sorry this happened. We will do what we can to ensure it doesn't happen again." or "You have to understand...these things happen."

That is good customer service there! When a company rectifies the mistake made and goes above and beyond they keep my business thats for sure.

Gah. You are such a freeloader and so entitled like every other greedy american! ;] * I kid, I kid*

We had a SmurffY experience at Olive Garden, I wrote a strongly worded email and corporate sent us a $60 gift card along with a million apologies. Then later that week, I get an email from the mgr of the one we ate at and she sent us another $40 gift card. But, it was such an awful experience that I couldn't ever bring myself to go back. Which SUCKED cause that's Kailee's favorite restaurant!

I hate that! They always lose my future business after that. Just plain crappy.

That's usually what happens with companies. You complain and they will just throw smurf at you for free.

I have decided to complain when smurf goes wrong too. I am sick of paying for things that no longer work! It seriously makes me SO mad. Last year on my sons christening I ordered a chocolate cake and they gave me marble, I know for most no big deal but I was so upset. Stop and shop actually refunded me the money for the cake!  

We had a lot of issues with Huggies diapers with the tabs ripping right off. It was awful. I called just to let them know about the issues to pass on to the people who make them. Anyway, I received 4-5 coupons that were about $5 off a package and 4 coupons that had a free package of diapers or free wipes.

I didn't expect anything though. It was a nice surprise.

Me too!   I complained about the mail man who lost my real birth certificate because he just left our mail on the doorstep in the rain on our street where someone probably took it or it blew away.....and the USPS is like, we're not responsible for the mail, we just deliver it.  

So now I have to go to NJ and get a new birth certificate. Ugh!

Sweet buns! You must be a good complainer! I got free pamps when I complained about tabs ripping off as well!
