Oh wow! That's really nice. What happened at OG? I love that restaurant for a cheap quick lunch/dinner. Save the gift cards for Christmas time if you have a Yankee swap or something similar to go to. Those are always good!

Haha, hey I have to get my swag somewhere right?! Since I don't qualify for any programs to freeload off the government! Getting foodstamps and WIC checks would be like my birthday and christmas all rolled into one!!! hehehe!

It was just so crazy to me, getting these free things. Ive never ONCE complained before this. I always just take it, and tell myself never again. The Chuck-E-Cheese experience was very VERY bad though. A kid pee'd in the climber thingy, and both my kids had urine on their pants and shoes from that little bastard. So not cool. I told the museum of science lady that I wasn't looking for ticket reimbursement, but thank you anyway. I will definitely take the membership though! hahaha.

My daughter threw her self out of a rock n play i called just to let them know, someone was supposed to call back and never did... your doing something im not.

I'm not much of a complainer. But once my SO was so pissed off about our takeout one night he called and we got free food.

I've only ever complained to one company...got a frozen CPK pizza and when I opened it only half the pizza had toppings and the other half was crust   but now they send me free pizza coupons every few months

/SO bought Eli some nice Cars2 shoes from shoe carnival and they fell apart in two months. I am not talking about normal wear and tear I am talking about the soles peeling off the bottom of the shoe and his toes started to wear through. It took about 5 months to hear back from disney about his shoes. The lady that I spoke with got us a new pair of shoes. They did not have any cars2 ones at the time they only had spiderman ones. So she sent the spidermans and we wrapped them to put them under our christmas tree and the day before christmas eve I got a pair of cars2 ones. I was so thankful that I donated the unworn spider man shoes to a local shelter.

I too often let bad service go without saying anything... but the last TWO times at TWO different Chili's we had smurf service. So I did the survey and told them exactly what happened. We got $40. Haven't used it yet though... I'm not sure that if we went back it wouldn't be smurf again... even at a 3rd restaurant >_<

I don't expect free stuff but it is nice. I do expect something to be done about it though.

SO and I got food poisoning from Chili's. We cant even drive past it without getting green in the face lol.

My neighbor always complains and gets free coupons in the mail. I never do and I'm not sure why, I've had plenty of bad experiences at places I shouldn't have but I always feel intimidated. Not by anything they do because I never call/email but I always wonder if they will try and make me prove it was a bad experience. That gives me anxiety so I just say whatever and go on about life, LOL.

you can always go and just have drinks at the bar -- that's pretty hard to smurf up! although im sure it can and has been done!

The whole thing was so stupid. After one of Kai's soccer games we were grabbing a bite with our neighbor [just me/my kids...her/her daughter...no hubs] we were about 20min into our meal & this table of 3 guys & 1 girl were sat right next to us. Their conversation was loud & foul [whore, bitch, smurf, smurf...you get the picture]. My friend walked over & said in a whisper, "We're finishing up, we'll be outa here in a few minutes...we've got kids with us, can you keep the language down till we get out of here?!" The girl reply's "You're lucky you're holding your baby or I'd punch you in the face" and then just started blurting out curse words...We weren't in a bar, it was freakin' Olive Garden...dinner time on like a Wednesday! Then realizing she did something wrong, went and hid in the bathroom while my neighbor explained the situation to the mgr. Eventually the girl comes out of the bathroom and the mgr. 'warns' her and as soon as the mgr walks away, the girl starts in...only louder. THEN, two other servers walk over and joke with the girl about the situation...that was the last straw, so we asked for our check and left.

At the very least they should've moved their table, smurf...WE would've gladly picked up our meal and moved tables, the kids didn't even get to finish their food. But for the girl to make a physical threat and be 'warned'...ridiculous!

haha aw jess! the two places I complained about had me show my receipts and time i was there. im sure a lot of people just make up a fake "bad experience" and try to get free things out of it... which is pretty low if you ask me! the pampers diapers i had to give the batch number, and they had had complains from other people with the same problem with that batch code.

but yes, those were the only 3 times in my entire LIFE that i had complained. i was just honestly shocked that they all rectified the situations with free passes / coupons. i thought it was really nice

that is absolutely awful. i would have been so upset. i cannot believe the woman threatened your friend while holding a baby. Jeez.. The whole situation is just bizarre. you guys should get Olive Garden take out and have a nice dinner together at your house. i love getting take out from restaurants, we do it a lot. All of the restaurants here deliver through a special restaurant delivery service, its only $9.95 and they pick up and deliver your food anywhere in the city
