I think I need to go to the ER

I posted yesterday about having this horrible headache for several days. I went to my OB and she gave me fioricet and I took them all (only gave me a few) and things haven't been *that* bad today. Now I can feel pretty bad pressure coming back and once again having trouble seeing out of my left eye. I don't know whats wrong and I dont want to go to the hospital for them to say "you have a headache" and there is no after hours for my OB. The only thing I can do is go to the ER here in my town and they will take me up to L&D since I am past 20 weeks, or I can call the OB on call at the hospital I am supposed to deliver at that is in hour away but all he can tell me over the phone is whether to come in or not. What would you do?

I would call the on call OB and see what he says. If he thinks you need to go in, go in.
