Looks like it would be "Mickayla" but Mickaylynn or something lol not quite sure how to spell it.

My knee jerks is the parents we going for feminine, but something tells me you're going to say a male child has that name.

When I read it I say it like Muh-kay-lin. Is that right? If so I guess it would be for a girl...

apparently other people are named that.. (google) but I wouldn't call it a real name. And I'd say a girl. But since that's the most reasonable thing, it's probably for a boy.

I'd say it's a "feminine name" I think it's kinda cute.
