Babysitter Question... Please Help!

I have a cousin of mine that watches my kids for me two days a week. Well today when I came home work today she was telling me that she was going to "drop kick my 4 year old daughter's ass across the floor". Needless to say I was very upset! Then not even 10 min later she is calling my 13 month old son an "assbag". I dont even know what to say to her! My husband said that she is done watching our kids! This is the first time that she has ever talked to me like this, and as far as I know she has never talked to my kids like this before. So my question is, how do I handle this? She is family so I dont want to cause problems. TIA

You straighten her ass out. Tell her how inappropriate it was and that bitch would never watch my kids again.

Tell her she can't be around your kids anymore because she is crazy and you don't want her to hurt them. I would have threw her out of my house and told her to never come back, family or not.

 
Just tell her and your family (if your family make it their business) that that talk is unacceptable and you will not EVER family or not have someone watch your kids that speaks to them like that.

I have no clue!?! I understand that watching 3 kids is stressful. She is in college and works at Mcdonalds too. She stays at our house Tuesday through Thursday. We even let her boyfriend (who is a very good friend of ours) stay on Wednesday nights. We have done a lot for her and then she goes and does this crap! I guess it is time that we find a daycare.

yeah...I think so....it sounds like she might be over stressed. With day care they will get to play with other children and have more adults to watch over them. Those kind of statements are just not ok.

and....you don't even have to say anything to your family...like so you don't start drama or whatever...if they ask she just that you thought she could use a break because she had a lot on her plate or that you thought it was time the kids made other friends and interacted with other children or something..
