If you circumsized your son

Would you circumsize your daughter? If not, why? What is the difference to you? I'm sure this is going to cause me some heat, but I am genuinely just curious.

I only circumcised my son because I was uneducated about the procedure and the reasoning behind it, so if I could go back, I wouldn't have even had him done...so the answer for me is, no, I wouldn't do it to her and I'm sorry I did it to him.

No what is there to even cut off. Seriously.

I would never circumcise my daughter, and if I ever have a son I wouldn't circumcise him either.

Yeah, circumcision for a girl is a lot more brutal IMO

Circumcision for boys has been proving to be beneficial to them, there are no negatives to it. For girls on the other hand it cuts on nerves they lose sensation, basically cutting off their womanhood... Why would you want to do that?

Yeah it is, I was watching something on tv and they do it in Africa somewhere and the girls are 14 and it's just aweful.

There are neg to circing a boy. You cut off 20% of their nerves.

Of course I would. A circumcised vagina is so much easier to clean... and it looks nicer. Plus, much less risk of infections...  

Kidding, kidding. I circ'd my first 3 boys, because I was stupid, and I didn't do my own research. My 4th son is intact, as will be any future kids we might have.

I circumcised my son b/c my husband wanted it, and seeing as he has a penis, I let him make the call on that one.....my part was finding the highest recommended doctor in our area to do it.

With my daughter, I would NOT circumcise her.....b/c I have a vagina and I enjoy my clitoris and I imagine she will too.

....There really isn't any extra skin to cut off, as there is with a boy.
