smurfing ex/cps

my smurfing ex called CPS on me.. again. He did it so often during our divorce they would call and say they were on their way over to file the "false report"

So tired of his smurf! trying to make me sound medically negligent. Smurfer. I'm a smurfing RN... I take care of my kids. smurffy way to start the weekend with my kids tomorrow.

Good grief. He needs to get a hobby.

What do they do with people who continuously file false claims, anything?

Cant you or CPS have him arrested for filing a false report?...

My ex threatens to call DHR on me all the time. He stopped for a while, but when I picked my daughter up from his house this last visit, he tried to accuse my son of "inappropriate behavior' towards our daughter(my son is 9, and from my first marriage...DD2, the one who was with her dad, is from my second marriage).

He hasn't been arrested for that smurf yet?

They need to start telling these people not to bother them with bullsmurf. Like CPS doesn't have enough on their plate.

We've had that problem with the paternal grandpa. You can request harassment charges be pressed.

some states have repercussions, MN does not. It protects their right to confidentially report concerns.
