Well...

I ended up with a chemical pregnancy. I'm not too upset though because at least I know things are working after having an iud for a long time.

I'm sorry about the chemical pregnancy. I understand about being scared that an IUD messed up your insides. I had a Mirena IUD in place for 2 1/2 years or so, and the special coating on it that is what keeps the hormone release gradual had a hole in it, so I had a lot more hormones going into my body than was necessary.

I had mirena before a few years ago I swear it was literally killing me. My hair was falling out and everything. But I had paragard this time and it was great I just didn't know how it would go once it was removed.
