Has anyone tried it? What was it like? Any positive results? I plan on starting it tomorrow.

My friend did it and she was in the bathroon like all day and had major problems. I'm sure it's just like anything else and effects are different for everyone.

You are only allowed 500 grams of fat a day and if you go over it does cause anal leakage.. but the worst part is that is is orange like pizza grease with too much pepporoni.

I was looking into it and thats what happens... but you do loose the weight.
