Cold?

My husband and I both got really bad sinus infections to the point where we can't breathe through our nose. I read infants breathe through only there nose unless there crying until 6months. What happens if my sons nose gets stuffed like mine. His breathing sounds congested I'm using saline drops and suctioning but what else can I do?

humidifier, take him in the bathroom with the shower on hot and let it steam up. Vicks on the feet with socks on helps too.

My son has been congested and sick with a cold since Jan. I took him to the pedi and they said basically the only thing you can do is suction him and try to keep his head cleared out to avoid ear infection. There isn't anything they can give him medicine wise. I run the humidifier all the time in his room but so far he just isn't improving.
