little bumps

my daughter is 6 months old and has learned how to roll now she is rolling all over the place when shes on the floor shes usually naked with just a diaper today i have noticed she has little bumps on both of her knees you cant see them unless your really close and also on her lower back does anyone know what this may be??

Rug burn? Bug bites.

Probably carpet burn or some kind of irritation. I wouldn't worry about it unless it gets worse.

They can come in on shoes and you not know. It was just a guess.

sounds like rub irritation
