Cow's milk/soy allergy and finger foods

Hey guys! Anybody know of any non-perishable starter foods that I could travel with for my babes? I would love to be able to give them puffs but I don't know of any that don't include soy in their ingredients. I have given them Mum Mum's biscuits, but they are soooo messy I worry about traveling with them. Any suggestions?

Hmm.. pretty sure those contain soy.

How bad is the soy allergy? My eldest son has a milk/soy allergy and he can still eat all of those things without anything happening. He can't intake anything containing dairy though; only almond milk.

How old is your lo?

9 months and it's pretty severe in that if they eat something tainted they have bloody stool.
I actually just found some puffs at Target that seem clear so I'll give them a try.

I have had three children with severe milk and soy allergies. I understand where you're coming from. Babies R Us sells a brand of puffs that does not contain milk or soy. My youngest DD was able to eat them.
