Has it been that long already?

Sorry, just wanted to say that it's been 5 months since my last cigarette!   I can't believe it's been that long and I have zero desire to start up again. Whoo hoo! I think this may be for good!

Same. I quit for maybe 4 months. Excluding that... I've been smoking for almost 3 years now. Sigh.

I honestly don't know where it came from. I literally just woke up one day and could hardly breathe and I was like "nope...no more". My blood pressure has returned to almost normal (still a tad high) and I can breathe a whole heck of a lot better (still have some remnants of that icky cough). I think people hated me for a good month to two months though. lol

Smoking really hasn't changed much. My blood pressure has always been on the lower side... still is. I don't have that cough (yet   ) but I can definitely tell it gets harder to breathe if I lay on my back.

Well, it probably doesn't help my case that I'm a bit (how do I put this delicately...) on the lardy side. lol It's sad that it's been 5 months and I'm just now to the point where I think I might actually be able to go for a jog, I smoked almost a pack a day and around a pack and a half on a really stressful day.

Shoooo   That's probably why! I usually smoke around 6 a day. A few more if I'm out running errands (I smoke a lot while I'm driving.. maybe like 8-10). I usually go through 2.5-3 packs a week.
