Poison ivy looking rash

On one finger and all over the arm on the opposite side of my body out of nowhere. I'm sitting in the exact same spot as when I sat down two hours ago and can't find a spider or a different bug. Any idea what that could be? Totally random and I know you aren't doctors. lol

Could be hives. you can get hives by simple room temp change.
