First period after mirena

Oh man this period is the worst I have ever had. I feel like I'm dying! I'm so nauseous and I have the worst cramps ever. I've been super moody and I have such bad clots. I hope to god it gets better because I don't think I can take bleeding so heavy like this. Iiiiiii feel like craaaaap!  

the first period is the absolute worst. it gets better after that each month. good luck, take lots of ibuprophen to help with the cramping.

yes i know, i was on the mirena for 9 years. it gets better trust me. the first period is the worst. take lots of ibuprophen to help with the cramping and pain, you know feeling like your uterus is going to fall through your vagina. it will get better, i promise.
