Help...What kind of formula to use

Ok mamas....Need advice....I am having to formula feed when we run out of breastmilk. She wil drink abt 2 3oz bottles then she gets really fussy and wont drink anymore and cries when you put bottle in mouth but will breast feed fine.. We are using Gerber good startt. Could this be hurting her tummy? what kind do you use if you are mixed feeding? She is 2 mmonths old. Gonna talk to dr at her appt on monday but wanted some of yalls input.

I used Gentleease from Enfamil. For awhile my son needed Nutramigen.

my son neede nutramigen as well. Gerber goodstart was terrible.

I wouldn't use formula at all if you can still breastfeed.

Did yalls throw up other formula or what made you change.

Yeah I had problems with Gerber too.
Try similac sensitive perhaps? Anything besides gerber goodstart.

If your just starting off on formula it may take a little while to get adjusted. My son had an upset tummy for about a week when we switched from breast milk to formula. Try the Gerber Good Start Gentle.

Oh I see. I don't much have much experience with formula, I didn't start using it until LO was 8 months. Sorry I don't have much advice.  

I use similac advance but I dont breastfeed at all and My daughter seems to be fine on that formula since birth

switching back and forth between breastmilk and formula may be messing w/her digestive system (since breast milk is esier to digest) Try having the sitter mix the breastmilk & formula 50/50.....2oz of breastmilk w/2oz of prepared formula. That way baby isnt getting straight formula (which can cause a breastfed baby tummy and bowel issues)
