Getting Mirena out Friday!

How long do you think it'll take to get pregnant? My friend said it look her two weeks...

It took us 8 months, and then I had a miscarriage. Then I got pregnant again and this one stuck. So total for a successful pregnancy 12 months.

I had some major issues with mine, it was embedded in my uterus. My SIL had hers and was pregnant before she even had a chance to get her first period.

had Mirena and tried for 6 months with no luck then had paragard was embedded and it took 5 months and I just found out yesterday that the baby passed so maybe we will try again this summer. Good luck

I had no probs with my mirena. Got it removed late June, got a bfp August, had a miscarriage at 5 weeks (end of august). Had a period Sept 27th, got my bfp October 27th and am currently 23w1d  . Good luck momma!!!

I had mine for a little over a year. I got it taken out August 14th, we had sex ONE time & on September 8-9th I got positives on tests! So it was pretty quick. lol I'll be 30wks with a little boy on Monday! Good luck.

Got mine out in Oct of 2012 and still nothing. :-( Mine has caused a lot of issues with my body and I still can't get things regulated. Still not ovulating that we know of (just got OPKS's) and a really short Luteal Phase we are trying to straighten out. Hopefully it goes quick for you becuase this sucks.

I just got mine out on Monday, so we are in the same boat.   I'm also hoping to be one of the lucky ones that get pregnant right away since we want the baby to be born on my current insurance instead of the one work offers that I will have to switch to next year. It would be nice anyway!

I totally understand! Lol we need lots of baby dust!! I started cramping and had some spotting today, hoping its my cycle already so I can start making a baby lol!
