Officially a Miscarriage

It's officially a miscarriage   I went to the doctor today and they checked my HCG it was at 29. They did an internal exam an said things looked "normal". I passed tissue and lots of clots so I am guessing that was the pregnancy. They want me to go back in 48 hours to make sure my HCG is dropping. Even though this was unplanned I am really having a hard time dealing with this loss. I realized I really want another baby.
