Sometimes my kids would go once per day, sometimes 5 or more. I think as long as he's not showing any other signs of sickness it's fine.

So you woulnd't consider the fever or the sudden lack of interest in solids a sign of sickness?...DS hasn't ever really been big into solids, but he would at least eat roughly 2 oz of baby food at a time...now, I'm lucky if I can get 2 little spoonfuls down his gullet.

Well it's hard to say... Again, some days my kids would eat a ton sometimes it seemed like nothing. Trust your gut though mama. If you're concerned, it won't hurt to call.
