Yeah it prob does maybe. Although i would think it would hook to a double not a queen. But im not for sure. I know that with mine you need to buy the conversion kit it comes with rails cause it has a footboard as well.
You should look into it to make sure

Yeah the boards are full size but you can get a full size set of rails cheap. But I'll look again. Either way it's still cheaper than buying a new bed set minus mattresses.
