Vaginal discharge

Last Friday I went to Urgent Care and they said I had a bad uti. They put me on Cipro for 10 days. Now I have some creamy looking discharge. Is this normal? Or am I getting a yeast infection? It doesn't smell and I'm not itchy. I'm really hoping I don't. I don't really want to have to go back to the dr. since I don't have any insurance.
