Quoting LittleBear's mama:" Because of the age, could it be teething related? Lots of excess spit and drool going on, maybe choking and gagging on their own spit which could result in throwing up/spitting up with the gagging?"It is always after a feeding, like a wet burp. Totally gross. I know it's normal for some babies, but mine have not done this in ages and I just think it's strange that it just popped up out of nowhere. Possibly teething but they aren't showing any signs of it.
