Ugh

My daughter is in this "I will only eat spinach and ricotta foods"

I've drawn a blank.

I make her a Turkish borek. Ravioli. Pastry puffs. Lasagne.

I try and somehow e corporate it in a salad or something. But she won't touch it.

I can't think of anything else. And she can't only just eat those things.

We had a spinach and ricotta calzone that way pretty good. I hid all sorts on other stuff in it from dh.

My dad makes a pork roll with spinach and ricotta spread inside of it.... then bakes it. SO good.
