I'm not going vegan really. I like meat but I want to eat a lot less of it and cut out a lot of things and I feel like vegan recipes are very healthy and good ways to incorporate more veggies and such.
Anybody make almond meal/flour? I've tried grinding it just skin in and then I tried soaking them and skinning them before blending them and I can't feel much of a difference in the texture but I haven't made anything with the skinned almond meal yet.
Also I'm making some almond milk tomorrow wish me luck!
