Back problem?

When I go grocery shopping & I spend more than an hour in the store I come home with my back all tensed up with my muscles feeling super swollen. I don't have a bunch of heavy items ever. I don't feel like I tense up while shopping but I end up in bed for days because I'm so sore. Has anyone else ever had this happen? I haven't weighed myself since my 6 week checkup but when I was weighed I was 203lbs. I'm 5ft 4 too.
