I have always thought how disgusting it was and thank god nothing like that had ever happened to me.

Tonight it happened.
I was told that because I was drunk and blacked out and then had sex with someone, that when he stuck something in my ass, that isn't rape.
That if I didn't want it, I could have stopped it.
Awesome.

I've been told them same, actually. I just really drunk when I was 16 and when I woke up I found out that I had sex with a guy, but I couldn't remember. He actually bragged that he raped me.

I believe I asked on here, a while back, about my situation and most didn't consider it rape because I could have consented and not remembered.

That was what I have always heard. I mean there is no sense in trying to pursue it now since I'm 23, but I feel like I was raped. Especially since he bragged about it to his friends afterwards.

Im so sorry you had to go through that. I was in a similar situation at 13. I wasn't because I did say yes but i was pressured. The guy just kept pushing and pushing until I caved. I just laid there on the bathroom floor the whole time fighting back tears. The whole school knew the next day and I was embarrassed.

It was embarrassing, I couldn't even remember. And he made sure to make things as awkward as he could. We didn't talk much prior because I didn't like him, he was 'preppy' and full of himself. But, afterwards he would approach me whenever he saw me. There was this time when I was out with a guy friend at Checkers (Rallys, Idk if you ever heard of it) and he came up to me and just smiled. He stood next to me in line, rather than behind me, and was telling me how we should hang out again, and that I should come check out his car. After that he sat at a table across from me and just smiled at me the entire time.

There were numerous other incidents similar to that, but I always brushed it off and eventually ignored it until I didn't see him anymore. Luckily our mutual friends were disgusted by his bragging and ceased their friendship with him.

Amen to that. But, the way I see it is that if he was bragging about doing it to me it shows that it's something that he gets off on. Sadly, he has probably done it to other girls/women after me and it's not that I want women to be raped, but eventually one will be able to prove it. Or at least I hope.

If you are that drunk it is considered rape. You cant have sex with someone who isnt in the right state of mine aka being drunk or drugged.
