Which is the part I find interesting. Notice only two people voted they have been hit by their SO but have never hit back. I'm kind of stunned actually.

I'm not that shocked, judging by the amount of crazy I see posted here every day. I can only imagine how those women would feel if it were the other way around. Men should be calling the police on abusive women just as much as abused women should be calling.

I agree! Abuse is wrong no matter who is doing it.

You clearly read that wrong. SHE had the means to call and wasted it. YOU wanted to and couldn't.

Yes we both have. not necessarily hit each each other but throwing, shoving, grabbing and chocking but we finally got out of that even though we still fight a lot that is a line neither of us cross but that doesnt mean I'm not still afraid of it happening again
