I run every day for 20 minutes after I lift. I was never overweight, it was just for getting in shape and I will continue to run after my workouts for as long as I have legs.

I was 210. I was 182 when i stopped cause i got knocked up  

I got to running/jogging for an hrat a time. I was training for a half marathon.

I was around 240 when I started running, in August and I was 210 in December. I'm up from then. But I run 2 miles.

not sure what my weight was. I do it for fitness not weightless - and i have been running for a number of years now. what do you mean by 'till run'?
basically I used to run 6 days a week, since having bubs I aim for 4 times a week as its harder to find the time. Each run in long distance as I enjoy endurance, unless I'm doing a gym workout where I run, do weights and abs, and then run again.

I was 166 when I started running 8 months ago and I'm down to 139 now. I also started eating healthy and cut out all the junk food. I started out and couldn't even finish 1 mile, but that was running with my 2 boys in their double stroller. Now I can run 2 miles with them at a much faster pace. I still run a few times a week but due to a bad hip and knee I've added more weight lifting exercises to my routine.

i used to run everyday. but since having two children back to back and thyroid problems i just stopped.

i want to start running to train for the run for a cure of PKD.

That was the same with me! I used to be very athletic worked out every day played softball. Then I had 2 boys (almost 17 months apart) and I just couldn't find the time. They are 2 and 3 now, I go run after work before I go get them from daycare. Only gives me about 25 minutes but it's enough.
