not sure what my weight was. I do it for fitness not weightless - and i have been running for a number of years now. what do you mean by 'till run'?
basically I used to run 6 days a week, since having bubs I aim for 4 times a week as its harder to find the time. Each run in long distance as I enjoy endurance, unless I'm doing a gym workout where I run, do weights and abs, and then run again.
