Yes you bake it, I use a toaster oven and put it on 350 for about 7 minutes. Basically if you can flake the fish apart with a fork it's done. Asparagus is a strong flavor if you haven't had it before you'll probably want to put something on it. I changed my eating habits about a year ago and it has made A HUGE difference! I TRY to stay away from junk food, like sweet and chips, and limit processed food as much as possible. I just don't buy it so I don't have easy access. It was hard at first but now I can hold back on cravings the rare times I have them (usually around "that time of the month lol)

But that's not going to happen I don't think, BUT he does like tilapia, and tilapia is the ONLY seafood I'll eat. So that's a meal we can agree on at least!
