Blue toe nails?

I am 32 weeks, and when i'm standing for like 5-10 mins I notice my toe nails will turn bluish, mind you baby is extremely low at the moment, should I be concerned?

I am 31 weeks today and I hav been experiencing this as well as numbness in my fingers and toes. Doctor said its poor circulation and to drink lots of water, maybe have a glass of red wine.

It may be poor circulation, drink plent to make sure you stay well hydrated. Sit when possible, or shift your weight from one foot to the other to help change the spots of pressure your baby may be putting on your femoral artery.
