Gaga layouts? lol

I unlocked the feature, now I just need to figure out how to put up a theme and where to find them? Google is no help. Help!

If you read through the post, that mama explains how to do it on the first page, it might be a link. You just copy and paste the image location. But if you have one customize you have to wait for the image to be done.

It's pretty much the same way as adding a profile picture.
Edit profile > about me > add own profile design or something like that.
