Deadbeat BD.

Seriously, this smurfer and I have only been split up for 3 weeks and he's already a deadbeat.
22 days and he's called DD maybe 5 times. Saw her once, but only because he came up here to take his car back from me.
He has all the time in the world to go out with his friends, and go get his stupid smurfing nose pierced, and join a band, etc. But seriously can't even call his daughter?
Props to all you other single mamas out there.. This smurf is for the birds.

ANYWAY
I'm going to be filing for divorce soon, and when it comes to custody, I really don't want him to get unsupervised visits with DD. He's really mentally/emotionally abusive, and he has been physical a few times (like slapping her hands repeatedly until she had finger marks) etc. Is there a way that I can get his time to be supervised until he maybe gets his smurf together?

Sorry about the random outburst of vulgarity. I'm just super frustrated.

I would imagine that if you tell the courts that he hits to the point of leaving marks on your daughter, they won't allow unsupervised visits.

Then again, I don't know. DD doesn't really seem that high up on his priority list anymore.

you cant just accuse someone of something and expect supervised without proof of it.

without proof there not gonna accept it. if he has a stable job, a car and somewhere decent to live and theres no reported abuse hes gonna get visitation thats not supervised but if he doesnt follow his visitation schedule you can get his rights taken away
