I'm ebf and don't do it very often should I ? Will it help my supply?

That's how I would sleep with LO at night until he was 8 months old. Every night. And if he was fussy that's how we would cuddle as a newb.

Yes it is a way to increase your supply. I did it as often as possible. My second isn't so easy cuz with a toddler curtains stay open and out of reach. I would wear him though with us skin to skin.
