confused...help!

posted 5th Mar
I had my.BC taken out jan 31st. Me and my SO had unprotected sex once around the 7th of feb. My last MS was jan 22nd that lasted about 8days. To get to the point.....about a week after having sex ynprotected i figued i would check an ovulation calander just to see if.i was ovulating at that time...and i was...i believe it said.from feb 3rd to the 8th. As feb.grew closer and closer to march..i started testing with home pregnancy test around the 19th almost everyday.. combination of the dollar store 1 dollar test and a couple e.p.t. test...all negative. Until sunday march 3rd i bought a 3pk of first response test, took one...positive..took another later that day..positive..and one the next morning..positive.. they were very faint but def there...then last night i took a test with the strip..that one was neg.. is about 23 DPO a normal time to test positive. Someone told me i might not be very pregnant or about to lose it..i go to the dr monday...

It is either the pregnancy test (the strip ones require a higher amount of HCG in your system to test positive) or you had a chemical which would not be shocking since you were on BC.

It just depends on your body. Some women just get an early "period" others take a bit longer so they just think they are late. Others don't mc properly so they have to take pills to get it to happen. If I was you I would by some more FRER and test again with those tomorrow morning. Or just wait until monday. But I am an impatient person so I would be out buying the good tests.

Whats the best? Are the first response ones pretty accurate? One.of the dollar store test u took i thought i saw the 2nd line aftertafyer the time it should have been red. Same with the strip one i took yesterdat...my bc i had was implanon. So i did have.it.for the whole.3 years

IMO the first response ones are the best to get. They always have detected my pregnancies while majority of other brands have not.
