Maybe use the flushable wet wipes? It might help? I don't have a lot of specific advice or the "whys" to it, but that might work as a good solution.

I have to use baby wipes when I go #2 because it seems like normal tp doesn't get it all.

I could totally use wet wipes, I just really hate that squishy between my cheeks feeling, lol. Also, that might be akward at work.

And it's the same wether I've shaved or let it grow out.

I do this too. Plus I just feel a whole lot cleaner then when just using tp

I dry it off with tp afterward. The wet feeling is NASTY!!

I have this issue on occasion.... Just have to be a super hyper wiper lol.

Use the wet wipes then dry off with regular TP.

I wear thongs too and have had the occassional leftovers lmao but I go to Wal-Mart and get the $1 pack of baby wipes and just use those at home for myself.. it seems to get the job done.

How can you wear a thong with a hemmie?? I used to wear them allllllll the time but now that I gt hemmies so damn easily it's rare I'll wear one haha

I only have one hemmrhoid and it's really only ever shown it's head twice (in three years). It's not usually an issue but I'm always scared of irritating it!

I have that issue at least once a week. Use flushable wipes, they help a lot.
