TCC after D&C ovulatation

Hello,
I am new to this site. I had a d&c feb 7th. Since then I have had unprotected sex almost everyday since. Last Friday I went in they did an ultrasound and found two follicles measureing about 23 which looked like ovulation. My HCG thursday was still 60. I had had EWCM all weekend. How many people actually ovulate without a period after D & C. Anyone else have experience with this? Wondering what my chances are of concieving this cycle. I am very fertile and someone with a regular cycle who can feel ovulation. But this ovulation pain was longer. Maybe those follicles were cysts and i ovulated from my left. Any help would be great.

You ovulate before your period, so it is pretty common to become pregnant after a d&c without having a period.

I got pregnant after my first period after my d&c though. But my doctor had told me not to be alarmed if I got pregnant sooner.

Thank you Morgan. I ment to rephrase that. Do HCG levels have to be 0 to ovulate?
