Evening primrose oil

Is it good for TTC? If so is it taken orally or vaginally?

Both vaginal and oral. Idk about ttc but i took it when i was trying to give birth

I've heard that it is good for ttc. And I think it's supposed to be taken orally.

I know it's good used vaginally when trying to prep yourself for labor but I've read that it can interfere with the sperm while Ttc.

I've taken the Evening Primrose Oil capsules. I take them orally. They help you produce more cervical mucus around ovulation time. I stopped taking them but I'm thinking of starting on them again.
