flexeril

I have a question. I woke up this morning with the worst muscle spasms in my rihht side... almost like contractions, but just on the right side. Its eased up a little bit since i drank some water, but I can barely move... I'm 22 weeks pregnant, btw. Do you think a 10 mg flexeril just onve would hurt?

Your OB is the best person to ask just to be sure  

It's a class B medication, so it's safe, but it never hurts to double check with your OB. I hope you feel better soon! My back locked up this morning when I was putting away groceries. It's too early for this smurf!

When I messed up my back at 23 wks I believe. . The hospital gave me 10mg of flexeril. And my OB gave me a script for 4mg flexeril.

Oh okay. Yeah, I'm definitely going to call and ask her about it, because I can't be doing this... :\ I haven't had any muscle spasms like this in a long time... I forgot how BAD they hurt.   I still have some left over from when I had problems with my back. (they give me Mobic and Flexeril....)

I would ask and make sure it doesn't cause a disorder known as dystonia(uncontrollable muscle spasms).
It might not but I know that a ton of psych drugs do so I would def ask.

Thanks. I finally got in touch with them hours later, doc wasn't in at the time. She said its ok.
