How do you cook.....

Scrambled eggs? My grandma made me eggs a few days ago and they were smothered in oil. She cooked them in olive oil. When I go to a restaurant they are really buttery.
I just scramble the eggs and put them in a pan. I always have. How do you cook them?

I mix 2 eggs and a splash of milk, shredded cheese, scramble in the bowl.
Put a dab of butter in the pan, melt it, then throw the egg mixture in.

Ew that sounds gross lol. I cook them the same way but sprinkle Parmesan cheese in them

Spray some pam into a skillet, crack eggs.into it. Wait until the bottom cooks, then scramble it.

Butter the pan, wisk eggs in a bowl with milk, salt and pepper, then put the mixture in the pan and scramble.

For me, I just use a non-stick pan, and sometimes some pam or something in the bottom. For my husband I use butter. He doesn't like olive oil (though I never use enough to make it greasy.).

I mix the eggs together and butter the pan a little before putting them in. My scrambled eggs are the bomb.

I put the eggs in a bowl, add a little milk, salt, pepper, then beat them, then put them in a pan and cook :-)

I put them in a bowl, with milk, salt and pepper.. Put SOME, not a lot of butter in the pan so it doesn't stick and stir them until they're cooked.

Someone suggested sour cream in the mix, I tried it and it's great. So a few eggs, a little sour cream, salt, pepper and some shredded cheese mixed together in a bowl. Heat a skillet and I use Pam spray.

Scramble the eggs, put in a little salt and pepper and some milk.
Put a tiny bit of butter in the frying pan, cook, and then if I want cheese put that on top at the end to melt.

eggs, milk, cheese, and spices then I use a hand mixer for a few minutes and it makes them super fluffy. Same goes for pancakes

Scramble the eggs, melt a little bit of butter in a pan, put them in and cook. I don't like anything in my scrambled eggs like milk or cheese

Most of the time I use butter in the pan, but there are times I'll use extra virgin olive oil.
As for the eggs....I scramble the bejeezus out of them in a bowl or mug, cook them on one side (like a pancake), flip them over and cook the other side. I like them cooked well (this is one area where my lord and savior, Alton Brown, and I will have to disagree.)
Almost forgot the salt, pepper, oregano, and a healthy shot of Tabasco Chipotle sauce when scrambling them.

This. Exactly this. But I can only eat 1 egg scrambled.
