Melt button the pan, crack an egg on it, move it around, voila lol then I season with salt and pepper.

I mix my ingredients for my omelet in with the egg, it cooks it better. Only thing I do not put in is the cheese, I put that on last after the egg has fully cooked.

Mix 2 eggs with a tiny bit of milk. Wisk it. Add smoked paprika and S&P. then put in a dry pan (no oil or butter) and just scramble them.

Sometimes I make them the polish way. Slice up an onion. Brown it in a bit of butter on the pan. And then scramble the same mixture of eggs (3 eggs this time instead of 2) with the onion and serve on buttered bread.
